Summary

This study tests whether taking postbiotics (a type of lactic acid bacteria) can improve ADHD symptoms like mood and sleep in children aged 6 to 13. Eighty children with ADHD will take the supplement daily for 8 weeks, then be followed for 4 more weeks. Researchers will track changes in behavior, sleep, and appetite using parent reports and activity trackers.
