Summary
This study looked at whether taking probiotics (LcS) every day can help astronauts' immune systems and gut bacteria stay healthy during long stays on the International Space Station. Ten astronauts who lived in space for at least 3 months took part. Researchers measured changes in their gut microbes and immune markers before, during, and after their mission.
