Summary
This study tests whether a daily probiotic supplement can reduce inflammation and cell damage caused by air pollution. Researchers will give 70 healthy street vendors in Turin either the probiotic or a placebo for 4 months. They will measure blood markers, DNA damage, and gut bacteria changes to see if the supplement helps protect the body.
