Summary
This study looked at whether adding a daily probiotic (Lactobacillus crispatus M247) to vaginal laser therapy helps menopausal women with vaginal dryness, itching, and pain. 75 women took part, with one group getting laser alone and the other laser plus the probiotic. The goal was to see if symptoms improved and if the treatment was safe.
