Summary
This study aims to understand how a specific probiotic supplement affects gut health and immune system markers in healthy adults. About 46 participants will take either the probiotic or a placebo pill twice daily for the study period. Researchers will measure changes in stool samples and immune markers, and ask participants about their gut and immune well-being using questionnaires.
