Summary
This study is testing whether a daily probiotic supplement can improve quality of life and reduce symptoms for adults with year-round allergies to things like dust mites, cats, or dogs. About 100 participants will take either the probiotic or a placebo pill twice daily for 12 weeks while tracking their symptoms. Researchers will compare the two groups to see if the probiotic makes a meaningful difference in how people feel.
