Summary
This study is testing whether a daily probiotic supplement called Limosilactobacillus reuteri LM1063 can improve sleep in healthy adults who have poor sleep quality. Researchers will give 80 participants either the probiotic or a placebo for 8 weeks and measure sleep using both sleep lab tests and questionnaires. The goal is to see if this probiotic, which works through the gut-brain connection, is a safe and effective way to boost sleep health.
