Summary

This study is testing whether a daily probiotic supplement can improve sleep quality in healthy adults who report poor sleep. Researchers will compare the probiotic against a placebo pill in 80 participants over 8 weeks. They will measure sleep patterns, daytime tiredness, and stress levels to see if the supplement helps.
