Summary
This study tested whether taking a specific mix of probiotics for 12 weeks could help control rosacea symptoms. Seventy adults with moderate to severe rosacea were randomly assigned to take either the probiotic or a placebo pill. Researchers measured changes in skin redness, bumps, and quality of life to see if the probiotic was effective.
