Summary

This study is testing whether taking a specific probiotic supplement helps people heal better after spine surgery. Researchers want to see if it reduces pain, improves daily function, and lowers complications compared to a placebo pill. They will enroll 110 adults who are having surgery for conditions like herniated discs.
