Summary
This study tests whether a probiotic called BioAmicus Complete can improve tummy symptoms like colic, reflux, constipation, and diarrhea in babies up to 2 years old. About 110 infants will take the probiotic or receive standard care for 42 days. Researchers will track symptom changes, stool patterns, and safety to see if the probiotic helps.
