Summary
This study tests whether a probiotic called BioAmicus Complete can improve tummy symptoms like colic, reflux, and constipation in infants up to 24 months old. About 110 babies will take the probiotic or receive standard care for 42 days. Researchers will track symptom changes and check for side effects.
