Summary
This study is testing whether a daily probiotic supplement can help prevent allergies and support healthy immune development in infants and young children. Healthy children under 3 years old who are at higher risk for developing allergies will take either the probiotic or a placebo daily for 180 days. Researchers will track allergy, breathing, and stomach symptoms, and check stool samples to see how the probiotic affects gut bacteria and immune markers.
