Summary
This study is testing whether a specific probiotic bacteria, taken as a daily supplement, is safe and can help lower cholesterol in people with high levels. It will involve 60 adults aged 40-60 who have high cholesterol and are overweight. Participants will be randomly assigned to take either the probiotic or a placebo pill for comparison, and their cholesterol and other health markers will be tracked.
