Summary

This study tested whether a probiotic supplement called WecProB could help children with mycoplasma pneumonia get better faster. Researchers compared the probiotic against a placebo in 60 children aged 6 months to 12 years. The main goal was to see if the probiotic reduced the amount of pneumonia-causing bacteria and shortened the illness.
