Gut bugs to the rescue? probiotic tested for toddler constipation
NCT ID NCT07360535
Summary
This study is testing if a specific probiotic (a type of 'good' bacteria), a common laxative, or a combination of both can help ease constipation in children aged 0 to 3 years. Researchers will measure how often children have bowel movements and how difficult it is for them. They will also check the children's stool samples to see if the treatments change the mix of bacteria in their gut.
