Summary
This study tests a daily oral drug called XL092 in 32 men with advanced prostate cancer that has spread and is no longer responding to a specific type of radiation therapy (Lu-177-PSMA-617). The main goal is to see if the drug can stop the cancer from growing for at least 16 weeks. Researchers will also check for side effects and how well the drug works overall.
