New eye injection trial seeks to control Diabetes-Related vision loss
NCT ID NCT07429474
Summary
This early-stage study aims to check the safety of a new eye injection called PRO-169 for people with diabetic macular edema, a condition that causes vision loss. The main goal is to see if the body's immune system reacts to the drug by measuring antibodies in the blood. The study will enroll 60 adults with diabetes and vision problems to receive the injection and be monitored for side effects and changes in their vision.
