Summary
This study tests a drug called PRL3-zumab in 60 adults with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The drug is given by IV every two weeks and aims to slow or stop tumor growth by targeting a protein found in many cancers. Researchers will monitor safety, quality of life, and how long the cancer stays under control.
