Summary
This pilot study tests a procedure called PRK-Plus, which combines laser vision correction with corneal cross-linking to treat thin, suspicious corneas. The goal is to improve vision and strengthen the cornea to prevent future problems. Sixty participants with thin corneas and certain vision issues will be enrolled. The study will measure how much vision improves and how safe the procedure is in the short term.
