Could a simple blood test Fine-Tune treatment for a tricky high blood pressure cause?

NCT ID NCT06108427

Summary

This study is testing if using a patient's 'renin' hormone level can help doctors find the best dose of a lifelong medication for primary aldosteronism, a condition that causes high blood pressure. Researchers will compare this new approach to the standard way of adjusting the medication. The goal is to see if the hormone-guided method leads to better treatment control while trying to reduce side effects.
