NCT ID NCT06952998
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 02, 2026 · Updated 30 times
Summary
This study tests whether a treatment made from a patient's own blood, called Plasma Rich in Growth Factors (PRGF), helps heal foot ulcers in people with diabetes and blocked leg arteries better than standard wound care. About 38 adults will receive either PRGF or usual treatment, and doctors will measure how much the ulcers shrink over six months. The goal is to find a better way to heal these stubborn wounds and prevent complications.
