Summary

This completed trial tested two types of membranes made from a patient's own blood (PRF and e-PRF) used with bone graft material during dental implant placement in a thin lower jaw. Twenty adults with missing back teeth and a narrow jawbone took part. The study measured implant stability and pain/swelling after surgery to see if one membrane worked better.
