First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study tests whether a special blood product called platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) can help regenerate damaged tissue inside adult teeth with dead nerves. Researchers will compare PRF to the standard blood clot method in 57 participants. The goal is to see if PRF leads to better healing and fewer symptoms like pain or swelling.
