First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 25, 2026 · Updated 26 times
Summary
This study tested a multi-ingredient preworkout supplement in 13 healthy men aged 19-29 to see if it improved leg muscle strength and electrical activity during a fatigue protocol. Participants performed isometric, concentric, and eccentric leg exercises after taking the supplement. The goal was to measure peak torque and muscle activation patterns, not to treat any disease.
