Summary
This study looked at how a multi-ingredient preworkout supplement affects leg muscle strength and electrical activity during a fatiguing exercise protocol. Thirteen healthy young men with resistance training experience took part. The goal was to see if the supplement could improve peak torque and muscle activation during isometric, concentric, and eccentric movements.
