Summary
This study aims to develop and test a special care package designed to prevent skin damage and swelling in patients who need physical restraints in intensive care. Researchers will work with 76 adult patients who are about to have restraints applied to their arms. The goal is to see if this bundled care approach reduces complications like bruising, cuts, and swelling in the restrained area.
