Summary
This study tests a specially designed therapy (YCMAP) to help autistic young people aged 14-24 who have harmed themselves or thought about suicide. The therapy is added to usual care and involves 8-10 one-hour sessions over three months. The main goal is to see if the therapy is practical and acceptable, not yet to prove it works.
