Paramedics test new plan to stop cardiac arrests from happening twice
NCT ID NCT07239908
Summary
This study aims to test a new, structured care plan for paramedics to use immediately after they revive someone from a cardiac arrest outside the hospital. The goal is to prevent the heart from stopping a second time, which happens often and greatly lowers survival chances. It will compare outcomes from patients treated before and after the new plan is put into practice by paramedics in Thailand.
