Summary
This study tested a distance learning program called "Parents and Babies" for pregnant women with mild to moderate depression symptoms. The program included an online course and telephone support to see if it could prevent worsening mental health after childbirth. 510 women in Quebec participated, and researchers measured changes in depressive symptoms at 3 months postpartum.
