This study tests a procedure called Immediate Lymphatic Reconstruction (ILR) done during breast cancer surgery to prevent lymphedema, a painful arm swelling. About 98 high-risk women will be randomly assigned to receive ILR or standard care. Researchers will track who develops lymphedema over two years and compare quality of life between the groups.
