Summary

This study tests whether personalized blood pressure management during heart surgery can reduce brain injury risk in newborns with heart defects. Researchers will monitor 130 infants during surgery and recovery, comparing personalized targets to standard care. The goal is to prevent low blood pressure that can harm developing brains and improve long-term development.
