Summary

This study tests whether lidocaine, paracetamol, or dexmedetomidine works best to prevent pain from rocuronium and propofol injections given before surgery. About 170 adults having elective surgery will receive one of the three drugs, and researchers will measure their pain and movement responses. The goal is to find the most effective way to make anesthesia induction more comfortable.
