First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 28 times

Summary

This study tested whether giving parents simple tips during pregnancy (around 34-38 weeks) can prevent flat head syndrome in their babies. About 400 families took part, with some getting the extra education and others standard care. The goal was to see if fewer babies in the educated group had a flat head at 3 months old, along with fewer related issues like neck tightness or poor head control.
