Summary

This study looks at whether a simple risk screening and a short caregiver training program can help prevent elder abuse in people with dementia. About 1,000 caregivers will take surveys and some will receive the screening or the training. The goal is to see if these tools can reduce caregiver stress and improve safety for their loved ones.
