Summary
This study tested whether a personalized program combining physical activity, cognitive training, and nutritional advice could prevent older adults from losing their ability to walk and perform daily tasks. It involved 210 people aged 60+ who were starting to show signs of physical frailty. The goal was to see if this multi-part lifestyle intervention could stop or slow down the process of becoming disabled.
