Summary

This study tested a personalized program combining physical activity, cognitive training, and nutritional advice to prevent mobility disability in 210 older adults (60+) who were frail or pre-frail. Participants were followed to see if they could still walk 400 meters. The goal was to see if a multi-domain approach works better than usual care for keeping seniors independent.
