Summary

This study tests whether a drug called lanadelumab can prevent sudden drops in blood pressure that often happen during dialysis. About 28 adults on long-term dialysis will receive either the drug or a placebo. The goal is to see if blocking a natural chemical helps keep blood pressure stable and reduces symptoms like nausea and dizziness.
