Summary
This study tests three different digital foot care strategies, including AI-powered tools, to see which works best at preventing diabetic foot ulcers. Researchers will enroll 1,512 people with diabetes who are at high risk for foot ulcers. Participants will use smartphone apps to monitor their feet, and the study will compare how well each approach prevents ulcers and how easy it is to use.
