NCT ID NCT07286747
Summary
This study is testing whether a new daily pill can reverse prediabetes and prevent it from developing into full type 2 diabetes. It will involve 390 adults with prediabetes who will take either the active pill or a placebo for 26 weeks. The pill is designed to work in the gut and is being compared to a dummy pill to see if it's effective and safe.
