Summary
This study tests a culturally tailored mobile app called Relax, Reflect, Empower (RRE) to see if it can prevent depression in Chinese American teenagers. About 110 teens aged 14-18 will either use the app or receive simple wellness check-in texts for 3 months. Researchers will measure changes in depressive symptoms, coping skills, and well-being to see if the app helps.
