New hope for chemo patients: drug combo aims to stop nausea

Summary
This study tests whether a combination of two drugs, fosrolapitant and palonosetron, can prevent nausea and vomiting caused by strong chemotherapy. About 200 adults with solid tumors who are getting chemo for the first time will take part. The goal is to see if this treatment helps them feel better during and after treatment.
