Summary
This study aims to find the most effective and affordable way to prevent cavities in children at school. Researchers are comparing three different approaches: using fluoride toothpaste alone, combining toothpaste with oral health education, and adding dental sealants to that combination. The goal is to see which strategy best reduces new cavities over one year to help guide school-based dental health programs.
