New Brain-Guard tech aims to stop Surgery-Induced 'Brain Fog'

Summary
This study is testing if using two brain monitors during heart surgery can prevent memory and thinking problems that often occur after the operation. It will involve 80 adults having heart surgery. Doctors will use the monitors to watch brain oxygen levels and activity in real-time and make adjustments during surgery to try and protect the brain.
