Summary
This study aims to prevent older adults from losing their ability to care for themselves during a hospital stay. Researchers will test if a daily, supervised exercise program combined with careful tracking of food and drink intake helps patients maintain their strength and independence. The trial will involve 360 participants aged 65 and older from a geriatric hospital ward in Denmark.
