NCT ID NCT07124338
Summary
This study is testing whether a simple, supervised exercise program and a personalized nutrition plan can help older adults avoid losing their strength and ability to care for themselves during a hospital stay. It involves 25 patients aged 65 and older. The main goal is to see if this combined approach is practical to run in a hospital and to gather patient feedback before launching a larger study.
