Summary

This study is testing if giving a protective chemotherapy directly into the spinal fluid before and during a powerful leukemia drug (blinatumomab) can prevent brain-related side effects. The goal is to keep the drug's cancer-fighting power while shielding the nervous system. It involves 20 adults with a specific type of leukemia that has returned or is hard to treat.
