Summary
This study aimed to find substances in vaginal fluid that could help doctors predict which pregnant women will go into labor early. Researchers studied 238 women, including those with signs of preterm labor and healthy pregnant women. The goal was to develop a simple test to improve care for threatened preterm delivery.
