Summary
This study tests a new online program called PRETA designed to reduce the risk of eating disorders in pre-adolescents (ages 10-12). About 1,068 students from schools in Spain will take part. The program includes 9 interactive online sessions for students, plus educational materials for their families and teachers, covering topics like healthy eating, body image, and media literacy. Researchers will compare students who use PRETA with those who follow regular health activities to see if the program lowers risk factors for eating disorders.
