Can dips and fun lessons get picky preschoolers to eat their veggies?
NCT ID NCT07366437
Summary
This study is testing a nutrition education program called the Rainbow Veggie Club in low-income preschools. It uses fun lessons, repeated tasting of different vegetables, and serving them with dips to make them more appealing. Researchers want to see if this approach helps children learn about, accept, and actually eat more vegetables.
