Summary

This study looks at whether a 1-hour blood test can safely and accurately diagnose heart attacks in people with chest pain, compared to the standard 3-hour test. Over 64,000 adults with chest pain and suspected heart attack will be enrolled. The goal is to see if the faster test can reduce emergency room wait times without missing any heart attacks.
